CONTINUING EDUCATION

Blais has authored a Continuing Education course on Directors & Officers Liability that will be available in February 2008. This course will be presented on-line and will provide 15 hours of “classroom equivalent” continuing education credit. It will ultimately be filed and available in all 50 states. The course will use a multi-media presentation format that allows the process to be both educational and interesting. The course is self-paced that allows the student to start and stop the course at any time.
