Vikki Robinson, a Managing Partner of the firm, began her insurance career in Houston in 1972, working with all lines of insurance for two national wholesale brokers. After specializing in Directors & Officers Liability for thirteen years, in March, 1988, she opened the ARC Texas office, which is the predecessor firm to Blais Excess. Since late 1999, she has assisted Phil Blais in increasing the number of agencies served and expanding operations outside of Houston.

Vikki has served on the advisory counsel of numerous insurance carriers with respect to executive lines products, coverages and marketing issues.
