Scott Stortzum is a Managing Partner responsible for the Houston Office. Scott joined Blais Excess at the inception of the company. Prior to Blais Excess Scott held positions at a large insurance brokerage firm in many capacities.
Scott holds a MBA from Drake University and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Illinois.
